Cheatix.com sells Memberships & License Keys. Our software is owned by Cheatix.com and is the property of Cheatix.com. Our software is created to be used for playful purposes on private servers with your friends. Cheatix.com is not responsible if you use our software for another purpose. The use of our software for other purposes, which are not those for which our software was intended, is at the user's own risk. All our software is free but requires a Membership / License Key for use. Our software is permitted to run on one personal computer only. Our system generates a unique hardware ID based on several parts of your computer (processor, memory, hard drive, etc.). The user is allowed to modify the hardware ID to use our software on another personal computer. Depending on our system's recognition of the new hardware ID, the change may be subject to charges or free of charges. No refunds or partial refunds will be given should the website cease operations or become unable to provide content updates for any reason.
6. Online Conduct and Cheating
You agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your Account and for all communication and activity on Cheatix.com and on the Client software resulting from the use of your Account. Your online conduct and interaction with other subscribers should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. Cheatix.com may terminate your Account or a particular Subscription for any conduct or activity that Cheatix.com believes is illegal, constitutes a risk, or otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of our software by other Subscribers. You acknowledge that Cheatix.com is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Subscription(s) and/or Account, but it may choose to do so. When cheating in multiplayer games, you choose to voluntarily breach your game's End User License Agreements; we cannot be held responsible if you lose your game account and/or incur any damage caused by cheating. Cheatix.com is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on the intellectual property of third parties. In such events, the consumer protects Cheatix.com from claims from third parties.
7. Payment Policy
Fraudulent charges with an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or any kind of fraud will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action being taken. We do not allow users to share or resell their accounts; doing so will result in your account being instantly disabled or permanently terminated. All our card payments are handled by PaymentProcessor.com through Stripe.
8. Refund Policy
We have a flexible refund policy so that users can easily get a refund when they need one. You can request a full refund if you encounter any technical problems that we cannot fix. However, please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer is not cooperative with our support team. This includes, but is not limited to, refusing to update their Windows operating system, refusing to uninstall certain software, and other actions that may hinder our ability to assist and resolve the issue at hand.
9. Authentication
Tampering with our Client software to bypass any security mechanism or dismantle our Client software will result in your account being disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action being taken.
10. Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your registration, user account, or password. Providing an unauthorized individual with your account login will result in your account being disabled and permanently terminated.

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video, or other materials (Content), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. 22. Rules of Behavior
The user is engaged to read and comply with the following rules. The instructions of the Cheatix Team must always be followed. A friendly and respectful tone is always to be observed. Racism, calumny, insults, discrimination, radicalism, or other offensive statements are prohibited.
23. Using the Search Function of the Forum
Many questions have already been answered by the admins, moderators, or members. In most cases, using the search function leads to the answer to your question.
24. Deleting Forumposts
If a member has violated the rules with their contribution, it will be deleted. Threads can be deleted if nobody responds to them within 2 weeks.
25. Bans of Members
Members of the forum can be banned if they have violated the rules several times. In the case of a serious offense, the admins and moderators reserve the right to immediately ban them. The Cheatix Team is also entitled to ban members for reasons other than those represented here.
26. Accounts
Multiaccounts, Account sharing, as well as the sale of the account is not allowed on Cheatix.com and will be punished with a Ban. The sale as well as the gifting of cracked/hacked accounts is not permitted.
27. Content of Posts, Signatures, or Profile Messages
The Cheatix Team reserves the right to move, revise, or delete content at any time. This can be done without the prior knowledge of the author. Each member is responsible for their contributions and the content (texts, pictures, links, etc.). Contributions that violate the rules will be deleted.
